House Rules
- Property is limited to max occupancy of 10 guests. For safety and security reasons, only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. Unauthorized guests will lead to cancellation of the reservation.
- Check-in after 4:00 pm.
- Check-out before 10:00 am.
- Self-Check-In with smart lock (code will be provided on the day of arrival).
- No parties or large events.
- Quiet Hours are from 11 PM to 7 AM.
- No Smoking or Vaping is allowed anywhere on the property (violation will incur a $300 fine in addition to the cleaning fee). Should there be any lingering tobacco or cannabis smell after your departure, an extra smoke remediation cleaning fee will be applied.
- No weapons are allowed on the property.
- Guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and ID verification is required.
- The person who creates the listing must be a residing guest for the entire stay.
- No parking is allowed except in the driveway (2 vehicles on the driveway and 2 on the overflow parking lot). No parking along the street or in the yard.
- Moving furniture is not allowed. All furnishings must remain in their original position at all times.
- No diving in the Hot Tub. No kids under the age of 13 in the hot tub without adult supervision
- For reservations exceeding 14 days, an additional cleaning service is mandated on the 14th day of the stay, the cost of which shall be covered by the guests.
- The use of Fireworks is strictly prohibited on the entire property, as well as in the surrounding areas of the resort, If fireworks are used on the property or in the vicinity of the resort, it will result in the cancellation of the reservation and immediate eviction without any refund.
- To ensure everyone's safety, please do not tamper with any of our security or monitoring devices. A $50 fee may be applied if a team member needs to come out to readjust the equipment.
- Guests agree to treat the property with care, maintain a safe and clean environment during their stay, and notify the property owners immediately of any damages that may occur.
- Guests must notify property owners immediately of any breakdowns of property systems or appliances that may need repair and are not allowed to attempt any repairs themselves.
- No candles, oil lamps, and incense are allowed on the property (due to the long-lasting odor they may leave behind). Failure to comply with these policies will result in an additional charge for excessive cleaning.
- A security deposit hold of $300 (not charged) is required during your stay and will be fully released if there is no damage or violation of the rental agreement.
- Travel insurance is highly recommended. Please note that we will not be able to make any refund exceptions outside of our cancellation policy.
- All reservations are subject to owner screening and approval before they become final. This will occur within 24 hours of the booking.
- Dogs only, with a maximum of 2 pets.
- Pets must remain on a leash when outside of the home.
- Pets are not allowed to sleep in any of the beds.
- Pets are not allowed on any of the furniture.
- Pets cannot be left unattended in the property. If a pet must be left alone, it must be crated.
- If an unauthorized pet is found on the property without approval, a non-refundable pet fee of $250 will be charged from the security deposit.

Cancellation policy
Trip cancellation insurance is strongly recommended as we cannot refund beyond the cancellation policy.
The rental Agreement must be signed electronically and provide Proof of ID within 48 hours of booking or your door access code will not be activated.
There is a security deposit hold of $300 (not charged) during your stay and will be fully released if there is no damage or violation of the rental agreement.
