You can gather in the private Hot Tub, which comfortably accommodates up to 7 guests, or gather around the Smokeless Propane Gas Fire Pit in 8 comfortable Adirondack chairs for conversation and planning for your next adventure.
To enhance your stay, we provide one 20 lbs propane gas tank for the Fire Pit at no extra cost. Additionally, the outdoor gas BBQ grill and a complete barbecuing grill tool set are available for your barbecuing pleasure throughout your stay, without the need for an additional gas tank.

Our driveway can accommodate 2 vehicles. If you plan to bring additional cars, please let us know, as there's an overflow parking lot that's just a short walk (5 minutes away).

You can also rent boats, canoes, kayaks, or pontoons to explore the surrounding area or spend a leisurely day fishing.

Guest access
★Guests will have exclusive use of both floors of the house and the outdoor living areas during their stay.
★Every guest group will receive a unique key code to access the house. For the safety of our guests, this code is changed after each stay.
★Guests are provided complimentary access to the exclusive Big Boulder Lake Club (seasonal), allowing them and up to a total of 8 guests to enjoy its facilities. To gain access simply present a printed or digital copy of the signed Occupancy Agreement as proof of occupancy at the Boulder Lake Club Office situated near the Big Boulder Lake.

We have actively recording cameras overlooking the perimeter of the house. Absolutely NONE of the cameras are located on the interior of the house.
